Irrigation Tower Track Lines

Typical center pivot track lines (100) track a circular pattern in a field based on current technology. Our new technology will have track lines (102) that trace the fence line based on GPS guided pre generated path lines. This is how we will maximize the field to the fullest extent eliminating the need for dry land crops and increasing yield of any field using a center pivot system.

Irregular Fields with Obstructions

Irregular fields will be able to be irrigated avoiding any obstructions on the property. This is accomplished through the expansion and contraction of the expandable pivot arm. In any irregular field where the path (104) of the outer tower will be set to avoid objects such as trees (108) or structures (106). As long as there is room for the compressed pivot arm to be placed in the field (110) the expandable arm will be able to maximize the area of an irregular field using the 40% expansion of the new arm.

Center Pivot Expansion Joint

The expansion span (204) is where the expansion of the center pivot arm will get the full expansion of the arm. This is how the new arm (200) will be able to reach the furthest corners of the field or allow the center pivot to navigate an irregular field. The fluids for the field be it pesticide, fertilizer, water or other fluids will be transferred through the flexible and hard lines (260a & 260c) allowing for the expansion of the arm. This is accomplished by the line (260a) being able to flex and adjust to the expansion portion of the center pivot arm between each removable section (204) of the center pivot arm span.

Tri-Line Application

The Tri-Line application will allow for a dedicated water line and two subsequent lines for other use (262a, 260b & 260c). This allows for multiple uses of the center pivot arm to assist with different application of chemicals, nutrients and water to each field. Depending on the length of the drop lines these can be adjusted for any height from over the canopy down to ground level. This will help eliminate the need for costly equipment that needs to be used in the field to apply such fluids to the crop.
